Machine Operator

Bisson Ltd is a leading UK manufacturer of ABS and PVC smoke detection air sampling pipes and fittings and we have two manufacturing plants one based in Avonmouth, and one based in Kingswood.

Bisson Ltd is responsible for the sales and marketing of our ABS and PVC aspirating pipe and fittings to the UK, European and worldwide fire trade.  We deal with all of the large fire trade installation and reselling companies throughout these markets and are considered one of the world’s leading suppliers in the industry.

We are looking for two Machine Operators to join our production team based at our manufacturing plant in Avonmouth. The Machine Operator would be responsible for working on our manufacturing line to produce our range of aspirating pipe and fittings, monitoring the quality and supply levels of materials and packing our products to specific customer orders.

The potential candidate would be part of a hardworking and good-humoured team who are passionate, driven and enthusiastic about creating our high quality product range for our clients.  We would provide full production training and supervision from our Production Manager for the first three months of the appointment.

The role would involve working a mixture of 8 hour shifts with regular breaks Monday to Friday on either an early 6am – 2pm, a late 12pm – 8pm or a day shift 8am – 4pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, would consider temp to perm.
